These are our rates:

 for low season Euro 1100

 ( from 3-Apr-10 to 5-June-10 and from 25-Sept-10 to 30-Oct-10)

for high season Euro 1400

 (from 5-July-10 to 25-Sept-10)

 

In order to book we require 30% of rental rate as deposit and confirmation of booking and the balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival by bank to bank transfers or personal cheques.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday but midweek arrivals/departures are considered, please contact us.
There is a 10% discount on the second week and a substantial discount for periods of 3-4 weeks or more.
If you are a family of 4-5 or 2 couples book both properties and get a substantial discount on the rental rates.
